Staff are lovely and they have some nice items, but the store is so incredibly hot! Come on, New Look, turn the heat down a bit, give us a pleasant shopping experience before we pass out!

I went into new look today (6/9/24) and was looking though the sales and a lovely member of staff was very kind and helpful I was looking at the sprays and she was so lovely and polite and helped me . I just wanted to thank the very nice lady who served me round about 10:15 I didn't catch her name but she was so nice and polite.

I went to go get black trousers here knowing about their petite brand (I?m 5ft 1 and I?m used to trying on trousers that fit me well but are far too long). There was absolutely nothing wrong with the shop or the customer service itself; my issue here is going into the shop, talking to a staff member and trying to figure out? who thought it would be a good idea to only have the petite brand online rather than in the shops? In times where someone needs the trousers urgently (job interview in two days) or let?s say someone?s trousers suddenly break when they need new ones immediately and all the trousers are too long in the shop/ didn?t fit well (this happened to me), this is really disappointing.
I ended up going to h&m next door, which I?m sure is a massive competitor for these guys. I found the trousers next door. A really stupid way to lose customers.
Additionally, I felt quite for bad for the young woman on the till whom ended up assisting me because there were no other members of staff on the floor and not even at the changing rooms, which I helped myself too. Quite a frustrating experience overall.

Disappointed service?. Member of staff looked totally fed up? Not a smile at all!!!! No interaction?. One word answers , hardly any eye contact?.. Shame ?. ??..

Very rude Staff! I went to try a few clothing items on that I had picked up. The changing rooms didn?t have any sign saying they were closed. As soon as I tried the first top on a lady told me to ?get out!? In a very rude manner claiming there were closed due to the store closing soon. However, there was still at least 45 minutes before they closed?. After this the staff kept following me around the store giving dirty looks during my shopping experience. Not to mention, on top of all of this there was no please and thank you at the till, they simply just stated the price . will not be coming here again.

Needed to do online returns in-store. The girl behind the desk (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful and took me through the process step by step. She even let me use her phone to complete the transaction because mine had no reception.

Visited the Redhill store today and wow has it gone downhill. Changing rooms were gross.. hair, dirty tissues and hangers on the floor, smudges on the walls. The whole shop floor was filthy too. Shame as it has potential.

They didn't allow for that as well and forced her to buy the defect piece.\\nThe worst part is, they were giving hifi at the end thinking that they achieved something, but the reality is they lost few customers with their behaviour.

This is the worst shop that I have ever seen , Pathetic behavior from staff and they don't have any ethics. Just because I tried an item, they forced me to buy, though it is a defect piece and didn't allow me to exchange with another item as well.

I was assisted by Pricilla today. A lovely, helpful and polite young lady who immediately stopped what she was doing to come and assist me. Great customer service!

I quite like their 2 tshirts for £12. Twice now i have been in to purchase this offer & both times they have tried to over charge me. I had to physically show them their own offers & prices. Customer service & massive lack of sizes is so poor in this shop. Really gone downhill.

Extremely terrible customer service.Staff not trainned properly.I spoke to the supervisor today as I was charged without purchasing the product. The supervisor tried to defend their mistake saying it is a human error and never apologies for the incident.Not only that she refused to give her name and store number to make a complaint.
