When you speak to staff from server up to senior management noone is interested.

Very disappointed. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and received a vanilla one. The guy came over and just tried to add chocolate powder to the vanilla one. The service is terrible and the manager hasn't a clue. The tables were dirty and not cleared. Go to the Coffee Cup.... brilliant service, great staff, friendly and welcoming.

Ordered food that was supposed to be heated up, but came back barely warm, and cold in the middle. The bread of the toasted sandwich was breaking apart. The coffee was bitter and didn't taste nice at all. Saying that, the iced drinks were nice. But all too expensive for what you get.

Made an order for myself &family which was a total disaster.I had a classic breakfast which was supposed to have a large mushroom but I received one small mushroom cut in half!! When I told the waitress she said she didn?t know what a mushroom was!!!!! She also knocked over items on the tray so that had to go back .My son ordered a hot chocolate & got a latte!Also ordered a chocolate muffin & got a chocolate chip one.Asked for the manager told him about problems he didn?t care just refunded for a hot chocolate.Very expensive & service crap won?t be coming back.!!

Don't usually write reviews but it is the second time there in the last month and this time was just as slow. There were two other tables with people on the permises.I asked for a toast and a coffee. Nothing special- quick breakfastas I didn't have time at home
My toast was done almost immediately bit sat on their counter next to the till for no less than 10m.
I have asked the lady as if it was cold could I have a new one, she replied ' well I can re heat it, if you want!"
I said I don't like reheated toasts and ghe least they could do was offering to make a new one. I had to mention this two or three times before she budged and said " I'll make you a new one, if you want".
Unfortunately at that point I just took my money which she was reluctant to refund and walk way. Went to the main coffee in the Belfry they were far busier, less staff ( 2 young ladies) and delivered my hot toast and coffe in pess than 3 minutes. It was also £2 less!
Excellent service from these girls that puts in perspective how poor the service is at muffin break.

Not sure what has happened here, service has really declined recently.. popped in for a small coffee, to then be charged for a medium only realising once home, the coffee was not of the usual quality and when I raised my feedback to the company they don't acknowledge or respond. This place used to be all about service.

Happy to see muffin break in Ilford high street, enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with family delicious,clean and very nice environment indoor and outdoor. Everything was really fresh loved the coffee.

Food poisoning feom the Cheltenham branch. No contact from Head office whatsoever. Please be very careful about your food choices here as would hate anybody else to suffer as badly as I have.

Been there 3 times within a month and every time I've gone there has been an unbelievable amount of flies, it's just very off putting
The one time we sat in we ordered a cheese and caramelised onion toastie and a sausage roll both heated
The cheese in the toastie was still mostly solid and the sausage roll was cold in places. At this point a line had formed and with the flies buzzing around us we just wanted to get out and go.
Please clean this place up. It's a genuine health hazard.
