We have been with Martin and Co for a couple of years. Martin and Co has been amazing at dealing with a burst pipe immediately and do really cared about us at the worst moment. Constant but courteous communication and clear instructions.

My mother and I were given a section 21 and were so stressed out. Connie supported us and treated us with such care and empathy. She worked so hard to help our dream become a reality and secure us a place to call home. Connie is a kind, competent, hardworking individual who we were so glad to have on our side. So?. Myself and son have been given a section 21 from our current landlord due to needing to sell.
2 months to find somewhere AND move in this climate seemed nigh-on impossible!
Came along Connie! Friendly helpful, great start.
A property I was keen on, I wasn?t able to view for some time, so she initially arranged a virtual viewing for me, and my Mum to attend in person!
After deciding a yes, Connie got straight on to landlord.
As soon as she?d heard back, she was straight on the phone with the good news! What a relief!
Connie has sent the paperwork through to complete.
Whilst we are not yet fully there, references pending, Connie has been efficient and prompt in getting things moving, cannot thank her enough so far!
Fingers crossed for us, we?ll be in our new home soon!!!!

Horrendous service and totally unreliable, no respect for their customers.
Updating due to the shocking response from the company. Accused my review of being vague, done for security reasons mostly, but also if I wrote out all my issues this would have given a worse impression than original comment does.
I have been accused making false review, can 100% confirm I had direct experience with firm, met staff and went on viewings and my review is accurate of the experience I had. So although it?s not the review you want, I don?t see how you can ask for its removal.
Scrolled through and can see every 1 star review received same attack, including 1 from 4 years ago. It seems a completely illogical form of communication and they are operating on assumption, which is never wise.
Please note the comment from the company from April 3rd, is not the 1 I was left on April 1st. The tones are different. 1st April was far more sinister, tone from April 3rd is more polite but aim is the same.

Really awful agency in Redhill. Try to make you pay all sorts of fees. Will lie and mislead to make a £ any way they can.

Superb team. Having dealt with quite a few estate agents since the start of the year. It's been like pulling teeth at times. Dealing with Martin's & Co was brilliant. Constant and clear communication really helped in a stressful period. Couldn't of asked for any more.
