I had a lovely lovely experience. Rachael is amazing!! It wasn?t awkward, I felt so comfortable when getting my legs waxed. I had come from oxford and she was absolutely brilliant for fitting me in last minute and was super kind to me when I had to rush out as I had parked my car in front of someone?s drive. Rachael dealt with everything professionally, I will definitely be coming back to here whenever I am in the area!! Thank you for everything Rachael and being so patient with me!

Rachael was very friendly and welcoming, and the facial she recommended for me was amazing. My skin felt so soft, and the products Rachael used had a wonderful texture and smell. A very enjoyable experience.

I was gifted the ?drift away? package with the back, shoulder, neck head massage and facial. It was wonderfully relaxing. The oils smelt so nice and Rachael clearly knew her stuff when it comes to massage as the next day I could turn my neck further than I?ve been able to in a long time. My skin on my face was so soft after the facial too. Thank you!

Don't waste your time... literally!Unfortunately I didn't get to experience any 5 star service-due to her bad communication!Rachael said she can book me in at 10.15 to do my wedding nails.So I got to Redhill nice and early for 10. She then called to say she is running late, as she has had to collect her daughter from holiday club, so will be there at 11 and she would meet me at the shop. So I said fine and waited, I then got to the shop at 11, I called her and she told me she was there, and just parking. I waited, still nothing, so called back at 11.15- she said she was still struggling to park and it may take her 20 mins, or she could even come to my house, I was very confused by this point, as If this was her place of business why would it take so long to find parking, and why would you come to my house when we are both in the same area? I tried to ask her what should I do, she wasn't replying and it was obvious she was not even in the area, let alone driving! She hung up and left me waiting with no response at all, I gave up after trying to call back.I luckily found someone who could do my wedding nails nearby, who did an amazing job for way cheaper!I then texted Rachael at 12, telling her I would have understood if she told me in the first place she couldn't make it and not left me to just wait there for nothing and she only responded to me at 1.30pm.Really bad service.

I booked in for a back facial treatment and a Deluxe pedicure with Rachael a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful and relaxing. Rachael is very professional, friendly, thorough and does not rush with the treatments, which is very important to me. The products she uses are excellent and I like that Rachael takes the time and care to explain each step of the treatments. I will definitely be back for more treatments. Highly recommend!

Rachel was good! She made sure I was comfortable before starting the facial. It was relaxing and made me feel clean post procedure. She also made sure I was informed about what she was putting on my face. Im pregnant so she tailor made my deep cleansing facial according to my needs and wants ? Definitely coming back!
