Staff had me waiting at the till, while they were talking to each other looking at some screen. I understand that they might have been doing something, but at least acknowledge your customers. I'm in the sales industry and deal with customers face to face every day. If your doing something either stop doing it when a customer enters or just make the customer aware that you'll be with them shortly. Better still call someone else to serve if so possible, it makes a big difference in the customer experience as it makes them feel valued. This isn't a complaint its constructive criticism.

Take out chicken wings and chips for night snacking, after 15 minutes wait got my order, which was cold and chips were not even near to eatables.Not going back there in any case, as it was my bad experience for the second time in the same branch. Haven't been to any miserable kfc like this one before.

Food is usually well cooked, but we frequently get incorrect orders and delivery times are very long.

Food was at expected standard. Hygiene was not. Went to the toilet while waiting for my order and was absolutely disgusted. The smell was overpowering; urine stains older than my nephew, toilet brush sitting in a brown puddle. Had to hold my breath and didn't wash my hands due to fear of contamination. Will check toilets before ordering in future. EDIT: food standards have dropped dramatically, avoid this place if you value your health.

Sitting here with two colleagues. All food ordered at same time but they have finished their food while I'm still waiting. Apparently it takes a very long time to cook a rice meal.

My son had kfc on Sunday and it?s day 4 of him vomiting since and missing school. He has diarrhoea and abdominal cramps as well typical signs of food poisoning and the food was really salty on that particular day.

Worst chicken I?ve ever eaten. Limp greasy tasteless fries. Flat drink. Dry overcooked chicken served cold and without usual sauces. Dingy atmosphere. Always full of teens. Been twice to give it benefit of the doubt but each time left disappointed.

Staff seemed to prioritize delivery orders over walk-in customers, which is just not good enough. Having to wait 10-15 minutes to place an order is unacceptable. Waiting 10 further minutes to receive your order is attrocious and tells me that I should take my money and go elsewhere in future. Despite a cost of living crisis, KFC should be putting in an extra effort to encouage people to spend their money there. I think I'd rather starve than eat at KFC.

Don't get me wrong, KFC is KFC, you know what you're getting. But time and time again it's sooooo bad. Whoever is managing this KFC needs to step it up. I ordered GRAVY and get BEANS. I GO FOR THE GRAVY. Every single time i order from here, at the till or not, if you get gravy you have quite LITERALLY only a 50% chance of them actually getting your order right. I'm not asking for you to smile or pretend working for KFC is a great luxury, but please, get the order right at least.

Place an order in store, waited 20 mins for it they gave me the order. Tried to look inside the bag but it?s all set for little packages. Get home about four chips in the packet. Hot wings order is wrong the bbq bits were like rock thanks swerve this one ??

I'm a driver and I've been working for 3 years, I've collected at several KFC's across the UK. This one from Redhill is the only one we need to keep removing the helmet. You can wait 30 minutes without a helmet, they see you without a helmet, if you put your helmet on when you receive the order, then there's the hassle... Really a hassle.

I ordered KFC on the website for delivery. The order was confirmed and I received an order number. The order was supposed to be delivered by Deliveroo. After waiting over 2 hours for the food to arrive, and multiple calls to Deliveroo regarding the order and Deliveroo just telling us the driver was on his way to the restaurant and being lied to by customer service, my husband decided to drive to KFC. When he arrived, KFC said that the order wasn?t even in their system and that 5 drivers had already come to try to collect it. None of those drivers ever thought to contact us and let us know the order was not in the system and that our food had not even been prepared yet (close to 3 hours after the order was placed!!). The order was definitely in Deliveroo?s system because they kept pulling it up and giving me so called updates on the order. My husband had to re-order everything and bring it home himself. We also tried to call the restaurant while we were waiting and couldn?t get an answer. This is absolutely unacceptable!
