This place is cash only. There were no signs anywhere inside or outside about only accepting cash, and the lady talking to me about what services I wanted beforehand failed to mention it was cash only until I went to pay afterwards. The guy who did my nails didn?t even paint my whole nail, making my fresh manicure look like it?s weeks old and growing out. The tools also did not look clean. I could have done a better job myself.

It's cash only, which isn't posted ANYWHERE inside or outside of their establishment. My daughter and I both got gel manicures, my nails were decent but she did nip my cuticle pretty badly. Mistakes happen, and it wasn't that big of a deal but the experience as a whole was pretty bad. My daughter had a man who nipped her cuticles too and caked on too much gel at the tips making it "bubbly". In my opinion, they had a poor business mentality and poor work ethic.

I had acrylics done by lisa and i absolutely live them! The shape, colour and her attention to detail is brilliant! Ill definitely be coming back! Thank you for making my day a little brighter!

They are playing with prices.If you ask them to do a small and simple line on your nails the price is going up huge

If I could leave zero starts I would. Customer service is non existent, I wasn?t even greeted when I entered. Eventually I was asked what I would like and I told them a manicure and pedicure with shellac. Picked out my colours and was told that they couldn?t do the colours as they was out so re picked some other colours and that was fine. The guy doing my manicure and pedicure couldn?t have been less interested. Me feet were soaked in lukewarm water and then my nails painted, no dead skin removal at all! He kept zoning out and sighing like I was a nuisance. He was quite rough didn?t engage in any conversation with me and just pulled my feet or hands when he wanted, he also cut my finger while doing the cuticles and used nail glue to stop the bleeding!!! I?d like to say that at least my nails are pretty now they are not they look like a 5 year old has done them! Whilst I was there 2 other people were complaining about the terrible nails with one even refusing to pay. The way they talk to customers is also really rude. Avoid this place at all costs!

Staff are always lovely here. Always up for a chat with me. Great long lasting results. I?ve had basic gel colour and I?ve had detailed nail art done by them too and I always Love it!

My first time in this nail salon &Would be last time too!! The guy who did my acrylic nail barely spoke any English. The least you would expect is to be able to communicate. He was frustrated, clearly annoyed & in a hurry to get rid of me/ the customer the whole time! Not happy with the shape of nail. Not even at all. Plus the size of my nails on one hand are not proportionate to the other.When you pay £40, for a 20 minute service, least you expect is nicely done nails. Waste of my time & money! ??

I very rarely write reviews but I am compelled to on this occasion due to the very poor service that I received. When I came in, I was greeted warmly and the lady kindly examined my nails and gave me advice about what would work best. I appreciated this and frankly she is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. The experience deteriorated rapidly from this point onwards. The nail tech seemed bored and detached the whole time he was doing my nails, did not make any attempt to engage me in conversation, was very heavy handed (instead of asking me to extend my arm/move my hand closer, he tugged it) the tools and work station looked very unclean, he did not sanitise his hands before touching me (he later used his own nail to push back my cuticles???) and when I accidentally moved my hand too fast and smudged a nail, he very audibly sighed (I realise it was frustrating but surely you must maintain a certain level of professionalism?) I was not pleased with the end product either. The shape was absolutely appalling and the edges were sharp enough to cause minor injury! I only went there because of it's proximity to my workplace but I will not be returning. Please treat your customers with care and respect. They are paying you for a service but that is so much more than just the actual nail work.
