Disgraceful service. Woman getting the 1 pair of trainers had bad attitude. Took 25 mins for her to get us our shoes in an empty shop.

I went to this store about a month ago and an employee called maddie helped me with a smile on her face and great customer service, she helped me pick out an outfit for that weekend as I had a party, she gave me her own opinions and great conversation to! Defo recommend going to this store for great customer service and really good deals too!

I bought a pair of trainers today. When I got home realised one shoe is with dirty marks. Then I went to the store again to change that pair. The lady dealt with my issue was so rude. And when I asked her to change the pair she took that dirty shoe for cleaning instead of changing. When I asked that I want to to speak to a manager, she said she?s the manager. Her name starts with ?H? honestly can?t remember her name, I was stressing out. I had to wait so long until she come back with that dirty shoe.Then I had to asked her again to change that pair. She wasn?t happy to listen to me and didn?t bother to change for another pair. After she responded to me with no stocks in size 4. The way she grabbed the box from me is ridiculous. I?m not happy with her customer service. I won?t walk in to the store again.
