I visited the Redhill store on Sunday afternoon and found the staff very welcoming, especially Tom Hodgson who was extremely informative and helpful, giving advice in respect of how to deal with recent paintwork damage to my Volkswagen Golf car. First class customer care, full marks to Tom and his fellow colleagues.

Phenomenal customer service. Paid for an HGV tom tom online. They accidentally gave to another customer so they gave me the next model up (extra£80) free of charge. Tom, thank you for some next level service!

Went to your Redhill branch to get a new battery for my car, which Ipurchased but after locating the battery had to physically had to carry it across the shop to checkout .I asked whether a trolley was available and was told no except for a basket, I then had to carry it to my car.(I am 81yrs old).I Think a two wheeled trolley should be available for this job..RgdsMr L J Morley.

excellent customer services from Molly she went above and beyond for my husband and myself when we needed information regarding a bike. Also Liam from the bike department although he was extremely busy went out of his way to assist my husband who is disabled. Liam helped with attaching a bike frame to our car. Very seldom get the customer services like this today

Went to buy a new bike for my 13 year old son, couldn't have asked for a better service. The engineer did everything to ensure he was comfortable on his new bike, even upgrading the cabling for free to help with the gear shift.

Booking was super easy but once there I waited 30 minutes past my booked time to be seen or before someone even spoke to me. I arrive 15 minutes early, spoke to the lady at the till who told me to pull in under the tent, had to wait for the spot, opened my bonnet and waited, 15 minutes before someone spoke to me eventhough they were busy around my car with other customers. Not great considering I was on time and paid for the booking slot
