Excellent service.
Though must say for a store of that size I would expect to see more than two staff, which might demoralise existing staff.

Pretty unhelpful interaction this weekend. We didn't move quickly enough out of the aisle and were sarcastically told what a great place to stop by a staff member. We were lucky enough to get a puncture each and were told the wheel was too tight and so the inner tube / tyre couldn't be changed. Sure the staff member involved just didn't want to help. Two other members of staff working in the bike section but no one offered to help with the 'tight' tyre.

Probably short-staffed late in the evening, but the assistant made a good effort to accommodate everyone. Better than having to wait a long time for service.

Went in today for some fixes before my MOT Alfred was incredibly helpful and polite and even helped me sort my car after it failed the MOT helping it to pass the re test

Arrived early on a Friday morning on my way to south of France with a flat. Service was fabulous. Andy fitted me in with no fuss and my puncture was mended quickly. Just made the Eurotunnel train I had to catch thanks to the swift, efficient service. Well done Andy and team!
