This Greggs consistently has most of the baked products unavailable. They rarely have all of the bakes in stock (finding a chicken bake is like winning the lottery) as they often claim they haven?t received delivery.
If it isn?t due to stock, they don?t seem to re-stock/bake more products in any kind of rush to maintain any availability in the day.

The Greggs in Redhill is the only one in the area that charges 10p for a bag. If a customer buys a certain number of items that require a bag to carry them out, the staff at Redhill Greggs charge 10p, and they insist on receiving it in cash. This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable

The guy with the green tattoo didn't serve us when there was a queue he just looked at us and walked round back to get someone else to do it. He was doing nothing. Joke 'fast food'.I will say the person who did serve me was lovely

I can not recommend the Rehill branch enough, the food is always excellent, the staff are brilliant, always friendly always helpful, nothing is to much trouble! The selection is always good and love that they open daily especially before I start my shifts! Wish it was open 24/7 to be honest as always come out feeling cheerful! Served by Michelle a moment ago, she was incredibly kind and the coffee was perfection, made my day?As for the negative reviews on here, it seems as though people are expecting Michelin level catering - but as an average early shift starter, the service was incredibly fast, the coffee is hot but just cool enough to drink upon collection. Pastries may be a little on the cold side sometimes there is absolutely no reason to complain with how cheap it is10/10 service and the workers are very kind ?

Incompetent management who rant when you ask why ordered items are missing. I didn't need to hear a life story about not enough staff. I am sorry they feel under pressure, but they should turn off the Just Eat (and other) apps if they're unable to deal with the workload. This is the second time in two deliveries where items were missing, in this case almost half the order.In future, I'd apologise politely instead of ranting at me when I was simply seeking to understand why so much was missing. Asking me to reorder (at cost, service charge and delivery) then tell me it is "not your problem" really isn't helpful.To anyone reading this, I would avoid order via any delivery app as they almost always get the order wrong.

I was at the store this morning and I saw a manager with no education at all, mistreating a driver, he couldn't stand it, because the manager discriminates against people and race, she simply has no knowledge of anything and is very rude, the previous manager was Excellent, I think it's time to change employees

Never seen such a disorganised, dirty and poorly stocked Greggs. Finally got to the point of putting in my order for the guy to take so long getting it into the till that the items I had ordered had all gone to another order that was after mine on another till. He didn't have a clue walhat he was doing so after hanging around for too long told him to just forget it.
