Part ordered online, realised when under the car wrong type. Even though entered my reg. Reordered correct part, £50 more expensive. Was told be in at 0900. Didn't arrive until 1230, was told it was the computers fault. What a joke,

Don?t even deserve one star! So here?s my tale of woah. Bought a car battery from these clown shoes, took it back to my van, put it on, and the battery was dead! Took it back and the so called manager told me because I?d fitted it to my car I couldn?t get a refund then just walked to the back of the shop! Terrible customer service and if you ask me the staff are probably on the make by selling substandard products and pocketing the money! Especially the fish lipped lass with far too much makeup and an obnoxious and obstinate attitude! So, TL;DR SOLD ME A MICKY MOUSE PRODUCT THEN REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR SAID MICKY MOUSE PRODUCT!

This location does not even deserve 1 star. Horrendous service. I visited this store and no one was at the front, I buzzed them twice and I'm sure they heard this but no one cared to even come to the door to say they will be with me in a few minutes as they're busy. I literally stood there for 5 to 15 minutes and no one came out. So I left.To how they act, it's like you're not spending money and begging them to do their job. I'd recommend going elsewhere. I visited Jayar just around the corner and got all I needed for a fraction of what I'd have bought parts from them for anyway.

Awful service by two young females. Very rude and abusive to my disabled husband when he tried to return a faulty part. When he questioned why they wouldn't refund him, he was told he was being rude and to go to another store! We eventually had to go through customer service to arrange a collection from our home and a refund. We will not be using Europarts again.

Partner took her car in for an mot and service, was passed on her mot but claimed that her tyre (which I checked already) had wire exposed so changed it without asking and then told her she had oil in her coolant and needed her head gasket changed. I couldn't find anything in the coolant and took it to an independent mechanic I know who couldn't find anything. Go independent, they rely on reputation unlike these Halfords chain lot.
