Truly the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. From refusing to take back my mother?s unused medicine, dispensed by them, when she died to taking 20minutes to fulfill an urgent prescription for my dad with only one other person in the shop. Their lack of empathy and customer service has no lower limit. I could go on but quite frankly I don?t have the energy. If you have a choice then go somewhere else?..

AWFUL bed side manor from staff IN GENERAL.
Worst one ?Charles? - would not feel comfortable discussing ANY health issues, unable to explain anything to me, and extremely dismissive.
RAI?s PHARMACY (Danesh) IS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST.

Everything in here is overpriced. All branded things can be found cheaper in the co op next door or in boots.
Staff were polite, but even the person on the till said I could get what I was looking for cheaper in boots...

This pharmacy is the best ever. The staff are all so kind and courteous and greet everyone with a happy face going out of their way to be helpful. I would like to particularly mention Heather who went out of her way in advising me what to do when my blood pressure reading was so high after she took it .Her advice was invaluable and she was amazing and kind in obtaining my new medication from my GP.
You are all a great team who work so hard.

This pharmacy has the worlds best pharmacist around she's always run off her feet with everything she does but always has a smile on her face always super friendly supportive and helpful with everything you need this pharmacy would collapse without her the area is very lucky to have such a wonderful person working for us at the pharmacy

Avoid at any cost, the staff take ages to service and they can only sell medicine that you can get in the supermarket. Total waste of time, money and they don't listen. I reported them to General Pharmaceutical Council as they do not following NHS guidelines.

The staff at this pharmacy work incredibly hard and I am always greeted with a smile. They are efficient and courteous and go out of their way to help me despite their stressful workload. This is a very busy pharmacy and their customers can be rude and hostile in this location. I have always been treated well and I wouldn?t go anywhere else! Keep up the great work, you are a wonderful team!

Discusting pharmacy my medication was supposed to be delivered today as i was told that over the phone waited in all day, nothing.phoned and was given an excuse, can't deliver tomorrow as no driver.good job it wasn't life saving medication,or I may not be here to write this review.I would like to know where their duty of care ls

Fabulous service and amazing people! This team bend over backwards to help! We are so lucky to have this local service on our doorstep. Kind, compassionate staff who truly care about customer wellbeing! A rare quality in such difficult times! I don't understand the low reviews, infact, I think they are very unfair. The extent entitled people will go to just be mean, because their life has no other purpose, is extraordinary.
As for this pharmacy, everyone is welcoming, sweet and helpful. And I've witnessed staff keep this level of customer service, even when certain types of customers are being rude.
Don't listen to the haters, this is a wonderful local pharmacy that has to deal with a large workload, so please pay the kindness forward.
