Particularly vicious air con setting. Take a fleece if you plan to stay awhile in summer. The noise of loud fans needed to blast you with cold air, doubles the uncomfortableness.

The rudest women working there. Spoke to me in a disgusting manner after I mistakenly picked up the wrong order. Rather than approaching me in a professional manner, chasing me at the door shouting. Making the whole store stare at me like I had done something criminal. And with my two children with me so embarrassing and explained to her there was no need to react this way and how unprofessional she was and making everyone stare at me. I cried as there was no need for this type of manner when she could have approached me less aggressively. Very rude staff everytime I come in. Clearly shouldn?t be working with customers.

It's a Costa, not one I have been to before if you like Costa it's all good and fine. Not the nicest one I've been too but fine for a coffee and a chat.

Its a Costa's..say no moreEdit.... won't mention any names but one barista in particular is incredibly moody. Been a few times now and each time she's been surly and unwelcoming.Been to plenty other Costas (and other cafes) and never made to feel like I shouldn't be there!! Whilst I appreciate she is young and it may not be her chosen long term career,maybe a customer facing position isn't for her! Oh well maybe next time I'll get her in a better mood....

The sofas need a hoover and at busy times it could be cleaner.. wiping tables after customers leave, sweeping the floor would help to make the atmosphere better.Staff are lovely and make coming there a nice part of your day.
