Very rude staff member by the name of Clare please don't think you can refuse service to person because you think hes under age even if he's in work uniform and talk behind he's back as we walk out of the store I think you and your work colleague need training on being better people

I'm writing this while standing in the ridiculous queue, with one staff member on the till while others appear to be prioritising online orders and 3 of the 4 self serve checkouts are down... very poor show yet again! 3 stars as the staff themselves are lovely and try but I think the office needs to look at how to prioritise appropritely, provide self service machine that are fit for purpose and/or provide enough staff for the shift.

they took my money and wont give refund their is absolutely no evidence of the order i had and it was delayed over an hour looking for a delivery guy. i have the payment statement which is the only evidence i have of the order what is this what is going on i?ve never had a problem like this.

Went in on Saturday the line to be served was halfway down isle 2 serving one new starter manager came and took over from new starter and he went on shop floor when she had done that person went to shopfloor todo delivery orders wasn't the customers in the shop more important I won't be going again at weekend during the week helpful and happy staff weekend manager rude unhelpful and looks at you as if your a bit off muck

Worst service ever I have been in this shop plenty of times and its always the same only one serving most of the time while other staff just take no notice when there is a queue I purchased a hot pie by the time I got served it was cold.Take notice you other staff who are reluctant to help at the tills
