I recently went into this branch just to find some insoles. After chatting to the young girl she measured both me and my partners feet and went out of her way to help with no pushy sales tactic. Customer service like this makes me want to go back to this branch so thank you for such amazing customer service! A credit to your brand! Wish I had her name but she was a young female :)

Went to the Redhill branch to find a pair of shoes I'd been desperately searching for online. The shoes were not in store, but Alan helped me to place an order and my shoes are due to be delivered in the next week. The service I received from Alan was exemplary, he was friendly, humorous, efficient and professional. So glad I popped into the store now, and a good reminder that not everything we need can be purchased online!!

Been there to choose first shoes for my boy. Only 1 foot meassured because son wasnt too happy about it. We have been shown few available sizes, The lady at the shop has put 1 pair on him and said if we are happy we can pay at the till. When we went to other Clarks at Crawley yesterday and he was a sleep we have been told we cannot try anything on unless he is awake as she has to see him walking with them on.So we wasted £30 as he never wanted to wear the first pair, I believe it must of been uncomfortable. Wouldnt recommend going to Redhill for first shoes as clearly she was rushing to go home(it was 30min before closing time). Unprofessional

Walked into look at shoes for my grandaughter. No greeting from one assistant placing shoes on the rack. No smile when I asked for her assistance. Completely despondent through the whole transaction, obviously doesn't like interaction with customers, the manager is just as sour faced , however was polite. Paid for my grandaughters shoes and decided I had seen a pair of boots I liked. The other assistant completely different cheerful, smiling and happy to help. If I ran my business the way the first 2 interacted we wouldn't have any customers! A smile is like a pot of gold maybe they need to go back to bonuses for staff. They may sell more !!They either need to shape up or ship out,
