I use this garage almost on a daily basis, the staff are fantastic and they are always very polite, very helpful especially Wendy, who makes my hot chocolate just the way I like it. First class staff and first class service :)

Just popped in to the BP garage Redhill to buy Sunday Sun newspaper took it to the counter where the lady scanned it and said £2.90 please, where as the price on the paper is £1.90 she asked her colleague for assistance he just said it's £1.90 the point being is if I had brought more items I wouldn't have known, also the price of a single Star bar at BP is £1.20 where as at other shops it is 89 pence quite a mark up.

I drove 5 miles out of my way to refuel at this M&S BP station because it?s advertised as a 24-hour service. I arrived at 4:12AM, only to be told by the staff that they were closed. This was already confusing, considering the place is supposed to be open 24/7.
I went to the window to ask for clarification, and the staff member initially said they had no petrol. However, there were no signs on the pumps, no ?out of order? notices ? nothing to indicate a problem. When I asked again, he changed his story, saying they were expecting a delivery and couldn?t serve me because of that. So which one is it ? no petrol, or delivery coming?
On top of that, the staff member was rude and unprofessional, showing zero customer service skills. His attitude made a stressful situation worse ? I was already running extremely low on petrol, and his dismissive behaviour made it clear that customers are not a priority here.
As a London taxi driver, I rely on accessible, reliable stations during off-peak hours. I will be informing my network of over 2,000 drivers to avoid this location entirely. If this is how customers are treated, then this station doesn?t deserve our business.
It?s worth remembering: No customers = No business = No deliveries. Treat people with respect ? it?s not that difficult.

Was here earlier today to use the car wash. Good facilities, but due to a queue of 4 cars ahead of me, ended up staying for just over 30 mins, now worried I'm going to get a fine due to a sign saying can only be on site for a maximum of 30 mins, which seems a ridiculously short amount of time.
