first time, on a boiling hot day where people need UV Skincare. No BASIC SUN CREAM
secondly where need simple toothbrush and simple toothpaste NONE TO BE FOUND.
Please, PLEASE its a hospital install a larger variety of products looks at your appaling reviews

This branch no longer has fridges & no longer sells any food, drinks, snacks or meal deals.
They now only sell nappies, baby formula, first aid dressings, pain relief tablets, throat sweets, feminine hygiene & incontinence products.
You can no longer buy the majority of the items you would need if you were admitted to hospital unexpectedly, such as a hairbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shaving gel, contact lens solution, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, denture adhesive, skincare products, nail file, tweezers & cosmetics, etc.
The additional seating is an improvement, and the queuing arrangement is better than the old non-existent setup, however I suspect these changes are likely to be VERY unpopular, particularly for staff on their breaks, or inpatients & their visitors.
I imagine WH Smith (M&S) will now be busier than ever, and their sandwiches & drinks have always been more expensive than Boots.

Google says closes at 8:30pm but actually closes at 5pm on Saturdays. Worst boots ever with terrible stock, dirty and full of rude and unintelligent staff.

He was soo helpful and knowledgeable, he handled my prescription in a very professional manner!

Shop was clean & well stocked when I visited today at the 8am opening time (as of July 10th 2024). Was hoping this location had a Scan2Recycle drop off box for empty prescription & non prescription blister packs, and thanks to the help of a kind member of staff, I found the drop off box at the right of the shop near the sandwiches.

I have been trying to call for 3 days as my husbands urgent time sensitive prescription seems to have gone missing. No-one ever answers the phone!
We had the same issue last month and we don't have the time or strength to chase prescriptions every month. Sort it out Boots and please answer your phone! We do not live locally enough to just pop in

Terrible service never answers the phone, rude unhelpful staffand extremely extremely slow. I can't understand why hospitals make you use the on site chemist and then not open when u need it

Tried phoning the chemist approx 10 times a day for about a week - no-one picks the phone up! Wanted to find out where my prescription was, as it was supposed to have been dispensed to Reigate Boots two weeks ago, but having been there twice, it has not been sent there. Having to head to the hospital now and join their mammoth queue to hopefully pick it up, and pay for the car park.

The man who had trouble understanding my question spoken in plain English, told me I could collect my prescription at another boots!! WRONG!! The que was out of the pharmacy in to the corridor. Prescription and other items que was mixed into one LONG line. The wait was extremely off putting, I'd rather go without or wait for my GP to get an update.

Absolutely terrible service had to wait over an hour for two items. Took longer than my consultation that was on time . Great service from hospital poor service from boots. Never use them again.

I have never been treated so rudely by anyone ever I understand it?s busy but when iv just sat in the hospital for 8 hours all I want to do is get out it took them 30 minutes to find the medication I needed no apologies nothing instead they spoke to me like u was a child and didn?t now how time worked the staff seriously need to be sorted and by that I mean get new staff and get rid of all of them

Phoned this boots store at East Surrey hospital Redhill for prescription information they could not have been more helpful spoke to a lovely lady who was so nice and helpfulThank you lovely lady ??????
