Came in on a busy Friday and was greeted at the door by an older guy who was just getting another customer a drink of water - I?ve never seen that in a bank before!!! Then I went to the counter to pay in my coins to find I could have done it at the post office, I never knew that! Fantastic service from everyone in the branch.
