I'm not a Barlcays customer but visited this branch on Monday for help with sorting out a POA. I feel I have to give a review as the customer service was exceptional. I would like to thank Allison in particular who assisted with sorting everything out, her kindness, patience, support and help was greatly appreciated (including the flowers, thank you so much).

Alison was absolutely fantastic helping me open my bank account with Barclays at Redhill. I didn't feel rushed and nothing with a problem.

Very useful Cash Machine outside the bank, especially when the bank it?s closed and you need to deposit some money into your account!!!

Make sure you make day off to que up in this branch. Spend half day in the bank to do one transaction. There is only one counter for the branch

GREAT service received from Harry at the Redhill Branch. The branch was closing and I had problems with a frozen account. Harry was very patient and really stayed behind to help us sort the issue. Thank you!

I have been having issues with my card for weeks now and everytime I called up to sort it out I could never get through to anyone. I came in branch and I was seen by Naina who sorted my card out quickly while being incredibly kind and friendly. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Zero complaints.

Short bald guy with colourful socks very over zealously told me I was standing too close to customer at counter when I was 1ft away from the 2m floorspacing sticker... He then unbelievably proceeded to stand less than 1m behind vulnerable elderly people using the in branch atm.Tiny branch in a very dated building that smelt of the 70s, only 1 counter open.The bank teller lady was polite, pretty much the only good thing from my experience!

Slow over counter service due to covid how ever seems that the cashier spend have her time having a conversation with the customer rather than just doing there job could benefit with a second lane being open for a speedier service but having saying that the manger is most helpful and willing to go the extra mile

Worst bank ever. Closed my accounts and now with Lloyds. Keep sending me letters to win me back, but it is far too late. Still, if they want to waste postage costs, so be it.

I know it was end of day but to turn up at just before closing to find the door locked and see a head shaking behind the door was immensely irritating
