Not particularly attentive service, I had to go and ask to be served, twice (not busy at the time) first cup of coffee was excellent, second not very good at all, not sure how they got it so wrong. Asked for smoked salmon and cream cheese and capers, also asked for it served with toast rather than a bagel, what I got was a sandwich, partially toasted but also hard, with a tiny bit of salmon, no butter, a minute amount of cream cheese and four capers. My guest got two pieces of uncooked toast covered with jam and no butter, why not put the jam in a pot. Cost was just over £25.00 if I had to pay what it was worth, I would have paid for two coffees only. Absolutely terrible food, and service not great. I would advise to give this one a miss. Ignore the pictures on the internet, the menu didn?t have any of these items on!

We ordered brunch from toast, the avocado on toast was the best I have ever had! We had also had a lovely refreshing iced coffee which again was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

I came here for lunch today and to be honest I expected a bit more than what I got. My friend and I both had a bagel and whilst it was nice, it just seemed really overpriced for what it was. We paid £20 for two bagels that we could?ve made at home. The pricing was steep for what you get, I was a bit disappointed.

Just popped in for a coffee. Really nice, relaxing atmosphere and the coffee was one the best I?ve tasted in Oxted.
Will be returning to try their food. It looked very tasty.

Visited this delightful cafe earlier today with my family.
I was served by a very helpful and polite young lad who made my experience very enjoyable.
The food was good and the coffee too!
Nice vibe - great building and great bang for your buck!
If you?re looking for a lovely cafe to go to in oxted with great food and great service .. give this a try !

Left feeling ripped off. Very expensive for what you get,quality may be better than your traditional cafe but £4 for a cappuccino £14 for 1 sausage 1 whole tomato 2 slice of streaky bacon and an undercooked lump of egg on a slice of sourdough.
Service was poor,dirty milk bottle with the cup of tea looked like it needs a good scrub or else trown out. Tea had to be stirred with a fork as no spoon on table and no sugar. Sort out service if you?re going to charge 10% service charge as is written on the menu. ? A Discretionary service charge will be added to your bill?

Unbeatable as always! Fantastic food, great atmosphere and amazing staff! I've been coming to Toast for over 10 years and it never fails to deliver exceptional quality, fantastic coffee (the best I've found anywhere outside of Australia!) and a great vibe! I cannot recommend it highly enough!! If you don't go, you're missing out!!

If you don't eat eggs then don't bother as there's basically no other savoury options. Seriously outdated and limited menu, no vegan options - the closest thing was avocado toast that came with a poached egg. I asked if the egg could be substituted for some extra veggies (literally anything), was told they'd check with the kitchen and then just received plain avocado on a tiny bit of bread for £9. Guess that was a no then!
With the amount of options you can get at most decent cafe's nowadays, this place feels like it's stuck in 2009 when we all just discovered avocado was a thing.

Held my Wife's birthday party at Toast in the evening as a private event. Amazing venue, wonderful bar staff and great food. A brilliant evening and enjoyed by all attended (35+ people).

First time visiting Toast, we attended on Saturday for brunch, the pancakes, folded eggs and granola were all fantastic. Coffee was lovely also! Would recommend.
