I didn?t even get a chance to order food. I sat with my children for over 30 minutes, but no one came to our table. After a long wait, I stopped a waitress to ask for service and mentioned that I wanted to place an order. She told me she would be back, but then proceeded to clean and tidy other tables.
Eventually, I decided to leave. I was disappointed; if you cannot handle a full capacity crowd, you should turn some people away. Avoid if you're really hungry and cannot wait.

Incredibly rude wait staff who told us they can't accept walk ins before turning her back on us. No option for take away, nothing. At 13:45 on a Friday. Just plain rude. Restaurant wasn't even at full capacity, clearly understaffed. Could just have an ounce of decorum.

Pizza express used to churn out good reasonably priced pizza. I just paid 42 quid for 2 overcooked tasteless pizzas and some average bruscetta takeaway. Not going anyone..

Hi, I went there with my son for lunch. Never again. The pizza's were second rate and the place was freezing cold. Very expensive at £54.65. Never again. Pizza express have lost the plot. We only had two soft drinks.

Pizza Express: A Delicious Experience Made Even Better by Izzy
I recently visited Pizza Express Oxted and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, as always - the Pollo ad Astra was cooked to perfection. But what truly elevated my experience was our waitress, Izzy.
Izzy was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She offered great recommendations and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and genuine smile added a special touch to our meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Express. The food is consistently good, but the exceptional service from Izzy made our visit truly memorable. If you're looking for a great dining experience, ask for Izzy - you won't be disappointed!

We always get the same waitress who never can get our order right. My mum is a right Karen and unfortunately kicks off every time. Please sort it out, it?s honestly taking years off my life every time we go having to listen to my mum getting so pissed off. We have a lot of dietary requirements and that seems too much for the little devices they use to order to deal with. This time our order actually never got sent off to the kitchen. Each time we say we aren?t coming back but it?s our local so has us in a choke hold.
My pizza also came crunchy which is not ideal. It was too over cooked even for a romana. I told the manager who honestly seemed done with everything that day and didn?t seem surprised at all when our waitress messed up multiple times. She ended up remaking my pizza for me! That?s the only reason I?m giving 2* not 1, the manager was amazing. The pics show my first pizza and then after the manager recreated it. My doughballs were also so small this time like malteasers but I didn?t get a pic.
We can?t stop coming because of the good deals we get being gold members.
