I visited the Morrisons in Oxted with my toddler (3), i asked a manager named Jordaine for the directions to diapers, i was greeted with a unprofessional, grumpy and disinterested tone, telling me to go look by myself, eventhough i already had. This level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous . Never in my life have i ever experienced such disrespect. My son then started crying cause he saw me distraught. I will NOT be coming back here!

Great cafe

Just after 14.30 Monday
Entered the cafe
Viewed the menu board no one on the till
Staff member appears we place an order then informed breakfast menu only.
We ordered the breakfast sandwich deal
Picture on the board and on the back of the menu shows a roll
What was delivered was on unbuttered white bread
Not impressed with the quality of the sausages which were over cooked and tasted stale.
General appearance of the cafe was not very inviting we counted 11 tables with no customers but lots of used plates and cups and lots of food debris on the floor area.
Overall not really good enough for a food outlet and to be honest if that's the best on the front of house I dread to think about the state of the kitchen.
I have a photograph of the sausages just to remind me not to rush back...
Very poor standards throughout..

A great range of products throughout the store but lacking in ironing products like spray on starch for a nice crisp feeling on clothes!

Older lady working at the cafe is incredibly rude and condescending. And speaks to you as if you are doing something criminal for just walking. We were going to use the cafe but decided not to after that horrid interact. We hadn?t even walked into the cafe yet when she said we couldn?t go in because we weren?t going to eat when we full well intended to.

Standing in a long que, so thought I'd write a review whilst waiting as dispite asking if another till can be opened this request was refused. Lots of staff just hanging around the store not looking particularly busy so don't understand why they couldn't open another till.

Went to visit Morrisons for some Lemon Fanta,none on the shelves.Floor space very cluttered when you walked in and around the front of store.Didn't like that at all.
