Absolutely love this place! The fish is always fresh, and the chips are crispy and golden. The service is always warm and makes you feel like a valued customer. Great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Amazing fish and chips! The batter was perfectly crispy, and the fish was fresh and flaky. The service was excellent?friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Great place overall. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic meal, you can tell that the oil is lovely and fresh. It makes such a difference. This is by far the best fish and chips Iv had in a long time. The prices were reasonable for the portion size and staff were friendly. I will definitely be using Harbourfields from now on.

Disappointed. The other day service was shocking. The person on the till was more worried about making money than customer service or food. Chef was working hard.
I went in at 18:00. Slightly busy nothing too bad. I understand we had to wait as they were cooking some food from fresh. Fresh chips came out. Then it started to go down hill from here. About 4 groups of people waiting. This family walked in took 4/5 large boxes of fresh chips they were served straight away don?t worry the group of 4 were still waiting.
Taking all the fresh chips we?re waiting for. Then this other customer walked in got her order within 5min. As we are still awaiting. I noticed my order was cooked sitting under the heat lamp. Then they started to serve us group of 4 and new customers coming in. After sometime another customer had to ask if he can have his order as he had to pick up his kids. He was 2nd customer behind me. I had to go to work. They served another two customers before I had to asked them can I have my order. I got a half an apology then while at this time he continued to take more orders. I walked out because they seem not to care! They served my wife after 35 minutes of my order going in. I had to drop my wife back off home and leave straight away to go to work. I couldn?t even have dinner before work. So my dinner was wasted! Absolutely disgusting. Is this how you serve your community take money. No priority on who first.
Weird thing is they had a ticket holder so they know who order is next and still messed it up.
The just eat order and it ridiculous announcement went off they ran to it like it?s an order from the King of England!
We are your customers who took the time to support local business and you treat us like that you won?t last long in town. I got better service on Ryan Air flight.

Absolutely disgusted.
£40 worth of food for portions not to even be big enough for a child.
Manager hid out back as he didn't want to deal with the issue himself, was told 'it's what they ordered' to the young man dealing with refund. The young man was very professional and handled the situation efficiently and issued refund, unlike his manager.
If you're going to be a manager be prepared for confrontation and know how to handle it instead of hiding behind a chip fryer.
Bring deep blue back where the portions were worth the money and the customer service also came with it.
I don't recommend this place or any food as the portions are tiny and over priced.

Food was awful small fish looked like a tiny sprat in batter.

All food returned asked for refund manager said no that?s what they ordered fish done by weight . Didn?t accept this as portion not even fit for child?s portion eventually got a refund. Would not recommend this place at all
