I had an exceptional experience at Days Garage in Oxted. The service was brilliant, and the staff were truly amazing. I highly recommend their services. David, in particular, went above and beyond, dropping me back to work after I brought my car in and even bringing my car back to my workplace so I could get home. The prices are fantastic, making it an all-around outstanding choice for car needs.

Took my car into Days Garage last week for an MOT and couldnt be happier with the friendly customer service and work carried out. The issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the costs were very reasonable. I will certainly be returning for all my vehicle's needs- many thanks Guys!

Outrageously overpriced and sexist!!I've been using Days Garage since moving to Oxted 5 years ago and always thought they offered a friendly and fair service. I booked my car in for a full service in November because it was making a funny noise and losing power uphills. This was exactly one month ahead of it's annual MOT and I was told that it would soon need new spark plugs and that the washer sensor on the screen wash was faulty. I was quoted nearly £400 for each and paid £230 for the service. I asked if it would fail the MOT on either of these and if they had found a fault relating to the noise / power. I was told it wouldn't fail and the issue was related to the spark plugs.A month later, I booked it in for the MOT and it failed due to several holes in the exhaust system which need completely replacing and would cost around £1200!!! My husband went to pick up the car and the Days Garage representative that served him practically laughed that I, a woman, had been quoted £400 for spark plugs and that the issue with the exhaust had not been picked up during the service. My husband was furious, not least because I am heavily pregnant and because of Days Garage incompetence, I had been driving an unsafe vehicle for over a month but also because we had paid £230 for a "full service" and "£55" for a failed MOT!I can only assume that little to no work was carried out during the service and that Days Garage are not only conning and lazy but sexist as well! I'm so outraged and upset by the whole experience and feel completely let down by their dishonesty and lack of customer service. God knows how much they've over charged me to date.If in doubt, please use PTA - fantastic service!! I also found a garage who repaired the exhaust system for £120 not £1200, completed the work in the 40 minutes I waited and it has now passed it's MOT.

I have been bringing all my families cars to Days for the last ten years. The service is friendly, they are helpful and reliable. They have never over charged me and are very fast on their parts supply. Overall a very pleasant experience. ???

Got my car in for MOT which it failed, offered to do the work and then give a free MOT to pass, quick turn around for the work but the cost is excessive for the amount of work and they charge standard retail for the parts replacement when you know they must source them cheaper elsewhere, won?t show you the invoice until you?ve already paid and refused to provide me with an invoice initially ?We don?t know until the work is done? is a poor excuse. Presumably so it?s a pain to get t back from them if you chirped up! Go elsewhere for a better price. 2 stars for a quick turn around but a rip off will go elsewhere next time.
