Walked in to Costa ordered coffee toasted sandwich and some cereal £10.25 I'm told I presented a £20 note to be told couldn't possibly expect a £20 note Starbucks opposite early did Costa will never get my money again I've been a customer for over 10 years couldn't take a £20 note their be pleased of cash that's what built it

They seem to like to pack up and finish well before 6pm. If you go in around 5.15 they won?t warm food as oven off or make anything other than straight coffee as machine/gadget has been turned off/cleaned. It could do with a good clean and refresh. Starbucks opposite looks better.

Customers being lied to by the shop manager and other staff about no iced drinks available? then watching the shop manager make herself a Frappe drink.Seating areas get closed off leaving customers with no where to sit..

The floor and entrance are filthy - haven?t been cleaned in a long time. Dirty sticky table. Two tables for 4 occupied by one person working on laptops so other customers went away. Strange as with three staff on duty it should have been better.

Chloe is an asset to your Costa team. My partner and I were in Oxted for business and were given a parking ticket outside Costa. Chloe and the team welcomed us in and to help brighten our day, they gave us the BOGOF offer on a drink but complimentary. It made us stay longer and we will definitely return - it?s lovely to know people like this exist. Thank you Costa Oxted

A small Costa. There are many branches of Costa in the UK, but this one is special. Every Saturday my disabled sister goes in. The girls serving are super professional, friendly, A great credit to the Costa name. We'll worth a visit.Kid-friendliness: Will do anything they can to help.High chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Bit tight due to building size. But the girls will help where possible.

I popped into costa in oxted Tuesday mid afternoon and was greeted by a wonderful young charismatic lady i believe her name was Georgina , She made conversation which was nice as it made me feel welcome which you don?t always get from most stores and I ordered a vanilla latte to have in and a strawberry creme frappe to take away she was very fast and efficient with the order whilst maintaining a perfect level of professionalism whilst doing the order , she made me feel as if we?d known each other a long time which made the visit just as fantastic as the drinks I would strongly recommend . thank you for the brill service and thank you to who trained her as you have done an amazing job .
