I stopped at this Shell garage to ask directions. The till operator on duty patiently and courteously explained to me how to reach the M25, repeating the directions slowly and clearly, three times, until they had sunk in. These directions unerringly brought me back to the M25 and home. I think the staff at this filling station are a real credit to Shell.”
