Cycled from work and got to the post office at 17:18 only to be told to wait as the phone they use to scan QR codes is dead. Really? I waited until he said that his colleague has closed the till and that the phone is still not charged enough to be turned on. What a waste of time and they weren’t even apologetic. Made me pay for box of cereal i bought already but forgot to take home, when i returned to get it they had put it back on the shelf and forced me to pay for it to have it again.. never shopping there again
