Christmas panic as car needed for long trip the next day. Quickly allocated a slot within 2 hours, diagnostic performed and a relatively simple repair all done within 90 minutes. Superb service when many others closed. Thank you

Excellent service from the team. It was a pleasure dealing with them, namely Dan and Pedro. Unfortunately a timing chain issue meant a hefty repair job on my car. The team at inautos carried the work out in a timely manner and had my car ready within 2 days which was great! Thanks for all your help.

Dan was awesome my mercedes had an egr valve error, massive waiting list for months luckily Dan found one which could have been sold on ebay for more than twice the price but sold it at face value and the car was back within a day a real honest and professional mercedes specialist highly recommended

I am really pleased with the customer service from Dan at IN Autos. Well they haven't called about the car yet so I should probably rate them now before I am financially biased :DVery polite team, it's not 100% clear how to find them, but not difficult either.Major bonus is that they are one of the few independent garages that answer the phone, hence I am now with them.

Highly recommend for all of your Mercedes Benz servicing and repairs. Genuine garage who never try to sell you work that car does not need. All genuine MB parts with MB diagnostics all for a fraction of the price of a main dealer. Will be back
