No working toilet.I bought food informing them I need to pay with this card. I was clear and precise.I'll pay the petrol with this card.I had both cards out and showing them to the cashier.Incorrectly and accidentally took the full payment for both the food and fuel.Politely asking could you please reverse the as you've added them both together by accident.Unfortunately cashier could not this.The manager name came over to see it to have a go at the cashier.I spoke up on the cashiers defence "it's a small error a little mistake."A manager do what asked.He did take off the fuel from my personal card.I then paid with the company fuel card.I then asked where are the nearest to wash my hands.The manager replied "BP petrol station down the road."I believe next time I'm in that vicinity I will be using the BP down the road..

The forecourt is not deep, if you park too far forward alongside your pump you may block the exit for the car to the left, so hold back

At this time of (mind numbingly ridiculous) filling station chaos, the staff at this ESSO have gone above and beyond to ensure things run as smoothly as possible. The older gentleman deserves to be singled out for high praise; he has been out on the road keeping people informed and directing to them to pumps to ensure chaos didn't ensue. I hope his bosses see my comments and he is rewarded accordingly for his efforts. Whatever other faults people have found with this site, under the current circumstances, the staff have been superb.
