The Star Inn is a charming pub in the picturesque village of Lingfield. The pub itself is very inviting, and the village is lovely to walk around. We we're visiting the area for a family wedding.

Lovely lunch today with 3 friends. The menu was extensive and interesting. The portions very generous, delicious, fairly priced and great value. Service excellent. All in very pleasant environment. Thank you

The Star Inn, Lingfield — a delightful, centuries-old coaching inn with roots in the village’s past and the kind of worn-timber charm you don’t find everywhere. In a sentence: history and character are everywhere — low beams, creaky floorboards and an inviting, cosy atmosphere that instantly feels authentic.
