Ate here last week. For my husband?s birthday. Thai Tuesday 10% off according to the website.
Food and service first class.
One drink each. One starter shared. One main course each plus one Pad Thai.
£70 plus 10% service automatically added. We do not agree with being pushed into tipping this way.
AND No sign of the 10% discount!
Sadly no one to question at the time, once we paid, all staff were too busy.
Very disappointing.
Have emailed twice to question bill. No response. Poor customer service!

Went here for Sunday lunch food was very good. There were some guys at the bar who's language was pretty bad at times. However come Monday morning both my partner and I had bad diarrhea, we had not ate anything else apart from the roast beef etc, on that day.

Quaint pub with a very bust Thai restaurant. Service was a bit slow but they were very busy. Poor selection of white wines with the spanish not available. Not overly impressed with the starters nothing particularly different the normal selection of deep fried offerings, however the corn cakes were fabulous. Really disappointed with the prawn salad needed more salad it was very heavy with a sickly sweet sauce that totally overpowered the dish it would have been nicer and fresher. Saying that the hot dishes went down very well. Would come again and choose differently

Amazing service and outstanding sunday lunch highly recommended. The staff where very welcoming and attentive when you need them and we didn't book but they made sure we got a table. Do book though as it gets busy and it's busy for a reason. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the plough and compliments to the chefs.

First visit, while meeting up with a friend. Great, atmosphere and food. Quick service and very good value. Only down side is it's a 40min drive from home... otherwise could see The Plough being visited very regularly

When you get to spend a night in a room that you?d model your future ?man cave? in, then you know you?re off to a good start. Service was great from the start, and while at first, unsure about the Thai menu in a classic British Pub, was pleasantly surprised to find some of the best food, Thai or otherwise, we?ve had in a while whilst eating out.
Couldn?t fault a thing! Can?t wait to return.
