This review isn't for the garage. This is for the car valeting behind the garage. Amazing job, I took my work pickup and they did such a great job I rushed home took my car back then the wife's and my sons car. It cost me a few quid to get them all spruced up, but it was worth every penny.Great service guys!

If I could give zero stars I would.Run out of deisel opposite Esso Blindley Heath at 8.30 whent in to be told they are closed the Esso website states open 24 7 l asked if I could fill up a can as I'm blocking the lights only to be told I don't care we're closed..... what a nasty piece of work !!Well know in the local area to have unhelpful Rude staff as you can see from other reviews AVOID

Please do not use the car wash here unless you want your wife or daughter to be abused verbally and threatening behaviour.When they get it wrong they just shout scream and try to intimidate would not want my wife or daughter to go there as will be abused if they get it wrong and you want them to repair. Also don't get full valet done as they don't have correct stuff to do it and use jetlagged inside the car and damage the airbags and seats. Ask the garage up the road they get damaged cars there all the time. Amd w9nt fix car at all. Just try intimate.Scumbags at this car wash use any but this one

Rude and unhelpful staff. Broke down with 3 children and asked if they could pass the key to the RAC guy upon collection so I could get them home rather than waiting 3 more hours for recovery. His response was that ?they?re busy!? Smith & Western staff helped and were amazing, cannot thank them enough! ? UPDATE - just had the owner of the garage shouting abuse and threatening me to ?MOVE MY CAR? because of this review and I should be grateful that I have been ?allowed to park on her property and to move it now and see what will happen!!? Absolute disgrace and should be closed down. Disgusting.

Normal petrol station.The shop a small supermarket were you can get most items. It's clean and tidy well stocked up.

Very very poor customer serviceRude and ignorantMade me feel lowSo I went in and got £10 petrol as it?s Sunday my card had some service issues the card declinedI am a localInstead of them taking my details and helping me out he got very angry kept telling me it?s franchise and tried taking my phoneThen I went to my car to get something for him to take as a depositEventually he took my driving licenseWhen he could have just done that in the beginning instead of belittling me in front of customers and asking for my personal items in my car. At one point cos of the pressure I was about to take off my watch to give to him as it seemed like it wasn?t coming to any conclusionIt?s not like I?m going to drive off and not come back I?m a local and a regular customerAvoid this garage over priced itemsPetrol ALWAYS more then every where else localI would not recommend

Just another petrol station, but I had to share this 1970 Volvo 1800S, since this is a Maps post, and it's all about the roads traveled. The Volvo 1800 is in the Guinness book of world records for a one owner car having gone 3.2 million miles, and what a beauty too.
