Tables were dirty and sticky, remnants of food on the floor, dirty cups, and plates on tables. Few customers and several staff behind the counter .
The whole place looked like it needed a deep clean.

The place needs a scrub. It is dirty! Tables , counter tops the floor and the toilets are disgusting.

I used to avoid this cafe as I found it dirty, noisy and claustrophobic. However it has recently had a makeover and I like it much more now. It is much cleaner and doesn?t seem as noisy or crammed. New manager (I think) is very cheerful, friendly and efficient. What would make it even better is if the other staff were friendlier too. Not important to some customers but it goes a long way for me to receive a smile with my order!

It has recently been decorated as it needed it! Looks great, however service is so terrible, slow, they dont listen properly to orders, its like they have no idea what you're asking for even though they've been working there for a while. An example today, coffee machine broken was broken and being repaired, that was fine, so i had a cold drink, she then asks the lady behind "Hi can I get you coffee today?" Lady said yes please can I have...." she then says " no sorry we can't, we can't do coffee at the moment, the machine is not working"... Its such a weird experience.... don't go if you're in a rush!

This small branch was let down by grubby tables and uncollected plates on my visit. I would give the staff a pass if they were overrun, but during my 15 minutes or so in store I was one of only a handful of customers.

The whole place is always dirty. Outside and inside tables are never clean, customer toilet is vile every time, dirty tea/coffee cups with lip marks. Really vile! Sort it out!
