Just popped into this cozy country pub around 5p.m. following a walk. It was buzzing lovely atmosphere. We didn't eat but the food looked amazing xx

Had a private party in their garden room this weekend, it was excellent. Buffet food was lovely - all the guests commented! The guy who looked after us was great, nothing was a problem and it all ran so smoothly. Highly recommend for events!

Had two dogs with me and my walking stick but staff expected me to walk to the garden, get a table number, walk back to order then walk back with drink, dogs and walking stick. ? And there was only two other people there ? also food incredibly expensive

Friendly staff, tasty food. The chicken and bacon pie was excellent, the ribeye you could have cut with a spoon, two satisfied customers. Also one happy dog.

A lovely, spacious and bright pub with good tasting food at good prices. The fish and chips was a magnificent sight when it arrived, the fish was delicious and crispy but the chips could have been better, more crisp and perhaps a different type of potato for better texture. The grilled mackerel was tasty and well balanced and big in size. The staff were really lovely and kind with a top notch service. A perfect place for lunch or dinner if you're around the area hiking and want a charming place to relax.

Lovely place. The staff were very good, friendly, and pleasant.
The pub is very nice to relax in. Has a great garden where you can eat outside.

Quiet place selling only Titsey beers / so choice of Lagers was limited, but was ok. Service a bit slow even though not busy on a weekday. Did not try food- but menu looked good so we will be back.

We came here spontaneously on our first day of vacation. Nicely located pub, cozy atmosphere, away from busy roads. Friendly and attentive staff. The food was very good and we enjoyed it excellently.

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and patient with the children. There's a good selection of food and drinks without being an overwhelming choice. Kids menu covers a lot of bases, with healthy options spread across it too.
Kid-friendliness: There is a nice outside area for kids to run around and play. However, there is access to a road out front, so please be vigilant.
