I went in with a long list of items I had chosen while looking online and the staff are very helpful and collected it all together for me. So far, we have liked all the dishes that I bought. There?s a little bit of parking right outside, but another car park behind the adjacent shops.

All the staff seem so well chosen. Lovely to go in to a store where you get 5* service. A special shoutout to Nikki with the dodgy knee!!! I hadn't bought any meals from Cook before. I can honestly say 'try them'. Price wise I thought very reasonable for food that hasn't come off of a conveyor belt. Many thanks Nikki. Annie (from Africa)

Won?t be a returning customer I?m afraid. Our first experience of Cook was a few months back. We were given an online voucher, so placed our order for £60, and requested a delivery. The order arrived and we were only provided with around half the order, quite obviously not £60 worth and they were meals for 1, not meals for 2. I had to go to the shop to collect replacements.Our second experience was also not great. We went in, chose our meals, attempted to pay cash and were refused. Despite having the exact amount of money, the lady said three times that they haven?t accepted cash in three years, as if that makes it ok? Surely having the correct amount of cash should be ok to accept? My friend ended up paying on my behalf, which was embarrassing for me as it was meant to be my treat.By refusing cash you are limiting accessibility for those on low income, and those who do not have access to a bank card. This is discrimination, really disgusting attitude towards someone who really just wanted to buy a meal!Turns out the meals were pretty bland and boring too, which is a shame. Poor food and poor customer service.Both women in the shop seem really miserable, quite curt and snobby. We had been told by a few local residents that they are unhelpful and rude, but I like to give local shops a chance. Turns out they really are quite miserable!We are both local, and neither of us will be returning to this shop again.

We treated ourselves to four meals this weekend they were all tasteless and bland. The pasta was watery, the curry stodgy and the risotto inedible, honestly worst meals ever. Never again. Not cheap either. Never again.

Checked online in the morning to see if the product I wanted was in stock. Computer said NO - so ordered something else. Dropped by at noon to pick it up. For some reason staff weren't aware of the order, but, lo and behold, the product I originally wanted was available in the freezer! Moral of the story: don't rely on what their online system is telling you.
