Very positive experience at Boots Pharmacy in Lightwater.They had a challenging situation trying to provide me with the correct medication but Karima and Paige were absolutely superb and even stayed on after closing time to ensure that I received my urgently needed medication.

They have a phone but the ringer must be broken. They used to text about prescriptions being ready but then stopped and when questioned ?we don?t have your number? going to be using another card pharmacy.

Sufficient service but nowhere near as strong it was with Jenny/Daniel/Wakar(Sp) they knew how Lightwater ran as a village. Miss them.

Pharmacist informed us that the prescription would be available no more than 24 hours after recieving it and even the same day if it was recieved before 1200. When we went in to collect it we were told that it wasnt ready and then a whole load of caveats to the 24 hours were offered as an excuse. We specifically went in to ask about timings as its heart medicine for our 2 month old son and didnt want to take the trip out to tesco if the local boots could help. Basically no help at all and even accussed my wife of leaving it too long. 4 days before should be plenty of time. Anyway we will be going to tesco from now on. Poor customer service and a real conforntational attitude.
