Went in to use the Inpost lockers instore and could not get the label to scan. I have never used a locker before and asked one of the staff members of they possibly knew what I was doing wrong. I arrived to deposit a DHL parcel and asked a lady with a WHS badge who gave me the distinct impression she hoped I would go away. Stupid opening hours which only suit people who do nothing all day and live nearby. They allegedly provide inPost service but that’s a self service that should be available 24/7 instead the lockers are in the shop and if you arrive 1min after 5:30, they won’t allow you to collect your parcel.
