I had a problem with roaming in Switzerland and dialling 191 didn?t produce the correct results. However, on my return to the UK I visited the Leatherhead store the manager was outstanding and fixed all my problems.

I visited the Leatherhead store on Saturday afternoon to find out that my phone was broken and the team helped my make a claim on the insurance. The new device arrived on Tuesday, I then drove back to the branch because I had such good service as apposed to the closer store in Epsom. I was welcomed by Sully who from start to finish reassured me that everything would be okay, and was very professional and thorough, did a complete set up of my new device of which I am eternally grateful, being an old aged pensioner with minimal tech savvy, to encounter young helpful staff is a breathe of fresh air. I would like to thank the Leatherhead for such an outstanding service.

Nice and friendly staff in here... and not that busy on a weekday mid morning visit. Only trouble is there are no better deals than you can get on line. Nice selection of phones, and the shop is bright and airy.
