Unfortunately, the store didn't have part I have reserved online to hire. Had also followed up with a phone call to be told they had the part and to collect. Wasted time and will go elsewhere

Dont know about customer services for paying customers but for deliveries its pathetic. Told "were busy mate, we'll get to you when we get to you", then left outside for hours. Very slow at unloading, if you have to deliver here i suggest you make yourself a brew because you'll be here a while.

Got TP Leatherhead to deliver 9 bulk bags of soil for a raised bed project. Very easy to deal with from start to finish. The driver put the bags exactly where I wanted via crane offload, no messing about with palettes etc. Also found the instore experience and tool hire very good. Will use again in future.

A perfect experience form start to finish. Everything arrived on time and deliveries where spot on. Scott and the team were superb. The Leatherhead branch are a real credit to Travis Perkins estate.

Had what I was looking for. Convenient for parking and helpful staff. Needed some guttering, checked on the Internet, they had stock in, so bought it and fitted it. Very pleased.

Staff in the yard seem to be unhappy when you approach them for advice .mary in the shop is a delight !

No problem with store its the staff which is a issue. Two of them chatting away while customers waiting to be served. One guy called lee very rude and ignored me when asking him questions and kept moaning. Shopped here for a while WONT be coming back
