Tired, rubbish chucked out of windows littered the ground outside our room. Clean room but bathroom smelt of urine. Bed was comfortable Carpet soiled. Wouldn't stay again but cheap rate so what to expect.

It was a nightmare on the day we arrived we didn't stay there as we smell odd in the room. Toilet wasn't cleaned very well. Me and my husband had an exhausted evening and needed a great sleep... The lady was in the reception ( as I remember her name is Anna) wasn't helpful with the situation. We had to contact travelodge customer service which was paid. My husband was tired by arguing about situations. Ended up with booking another hotel (ramda hotel cobham) which is near to the Travelodge and was lovely, pleasant with warm welcome. Had a nice sleep there. Some how we managed to get refund from travelodge luckily.

Convenient location on the high street and very cheap for one night.
Bed was comfy and clean, but the rest of the room was not clean - Bits of food and debris on floor and desk, toothpaste splatters on mirror and around sink, shower gel dispenser broken off wall, and discoloured shower curtain.
Very creaky floors, so when people moved around in the room above me or in the hallway, it was very loud. Room was also very warm but luckily there was a fan.
Probably wouldn't stay again unless there were no other options available.

Disappointed with the room.
It was facing Leathehead High Street and I had to keep the window open to get rid of the foul smell in the room and it was hot.
There was constant noise from High Street throughout the night and once I woke up as the car alarm went off.
I had asked reception to give me a quiet room and he said it is a decent room. I could hardly sleep during the night.

We checked in first time with Travelodge Leatherhead UK. To our surprise that this hotel is so pleasant and clean. We are so impressed by their staff called Yahya, who is gentle, polite and helpful. We will definitely rebook again with this hotel.

It was a great hotel but I was absolutely boiling in the room because of the window restrictions... I did manage to cool myself down with a wet duvet cover and fair play to the hotel as it was scorching outside!! However aircon units would be a good idea

Excellent staff, polite and helpful, quick check, good clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows, well worth price paid, Town centre location, would stay at again
