Toolstation Leatherhead ? Chris is a Gem!
Visited Toolstation Leatherhead on 22/07/25 to purchase a Karcher pressure washer and was genuinely blown away by Chris. One of the best salespeople I?ve ever encountered ? friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about his job. He gave us all the information we needed with clarity and patience. His communication skills and customer service were simply top-tier.
If every store had a Chris, online shopping wouldn?t stand a chance. Truly impressed ? the UK needs more people like him!

I had the pleasure of buying some fantastic gardening equipment for my small gardening business from two fantastic gentleman called Kristian and Louis who were rather helpful. Fantastic service, great store thank you gents.

Very helpful staff. I needed a part for a shower and they helped to find the right component. Unfortunately it did not fit when I arrived home but, true to their word, they refunded the full amount for the part. They were friendly and good humoured. I will certainly use again and recommend this Leatherhead branch. Thank you.

I visited the Leatherhead store at the weekend. Both of the assistants were busy but the one who served me who was called Matt, still took the time to help me with what I needed. He was both friendly and helpful. It?s the first time I?ve visited the Leatherhead store but I will definitely be returning. A+++++

Believe it or not I did not even end up buying anything at the end, but when I went in 2 days ago, 15 mins to closing. The man of whom I wish I remember his name, I think it was Dennis, patiently took the time to take me go through the various options to solve the last minute dilemma of OK you dont have in stock, but which branch does I need it now, maybe tomorrow, problem was solvef at the end. Thanks. This Toolstation is the only best thing in Leatherhead.

Recently purchased some fencing after being recommended by a neighbour. John was very helpful and friendly. Obviously the team enjoy themselves as they were all dressed up raising money for McMillan. Great store, great service. Highly recommend.
