The rudest staff I've ever encountered. I contacted to request some information, and I received a harsh response. I felt as though I was dealing with low-skilled and rude employees although for such a large organisation they ought to excel at professionalism. You should be ashamed of yourselves for messing with people's lives in such an uncooperative manner that may affect someone's employment status. I'm so dissapointed.

The sales office has been wonderful, head office however seem to want to cut their nose off to spite their face. We reserved a property, and used the recommended mortgage advisors that Taylor wimpey suggest we use. They were not that great and ended by us changing mortgage broker. We wasted a month and a half with them and achieved nothing. Changed brokers, had our mortgage approved and we are at the point of booking the valuation. Taylor wimpey cancelled our reservation and refused our valuation to take place. We would be in the position to exchange before any other buyer so it appears to us that there?s an ulterior motive as there is no reason to not continue with us. Perhaps they wanted to put the price up!?I wish I had done more research into brokers and picked our own. Because we used Taylor wimpeys recommended brokers we were delayed too long and lost our reservation. Property searches were done at the time of reservation, all conveyancing work is done, we did nothing wrong except trust them and use their recommended brokers which ultimately cost us our dream home.The sales team really tried for us but head office weren?t interested even though we have an approved mortgage which could offer in a week. We could never trust buying a property with Taylor wimpey again, to say we are gutted is an understatement. Please anyone who is reading this choose your brokers carefully because Taylor wimpey don?t care whose fault it is.
