The Optometrist gave me the wrong prescription. After months of trying to get used with my new glasses and struggling to ware them I still couldn't wear them more than a couple of hours due to headaches and eyes pain. I went to another Specsavers to check again my eyes just to be told I have been given a wrong prescriptions which was too much for my eyes. I had to pay AGAIN to change the lenses which is annoying and frustrating as I told the staff when I picked up my glasses that are too strong for me only to be told my eyes need to get used. I won't be going to the Leatherhead branch anymore.

wrong prescription supplied and I had to return and query the glasses. 2nd pair of glasses should have been sunglasses and were not correctly supplied- all in all careless service with poor attention to detail. I now have to return to collect correct glasses and check on prescrition supplied causing more delays

I couldn't only not fault the optician but he was such a lovely person he made the whole experience quite enjoyable. He also exceeded any expectations and went beyond the call of duty in order to help me with the problem in hand. He made sure that I left with the confidence I needed and he made sure that I had my plan and he also made sure that I had a back up plan as well. The whole process was brilliant

I use this branch a lot and am always very pleased with the helpful/polite staff. Recently a staff member (I think his name was Paul) went out of his way to collect some replacement frames for my son, from a colleague at another branch - in his own time! Amazing service!Thank you ?
