My party had to wait over an hour to get our starters which were partly delivered while we waited for the rest of the order. Delivered the mains soon after, but again partly delivered and went cold while we waited for the rest of the order. I know it was the day before Mother?s Day, but worst service ever experienced sadly.

Pretty terrible value for money! Spent £25 total for a half baked, doughy pizza, soggy chips (which cost £5.95) but the portion size was extremely small, and a can of Sprite which cost £4.25. Best avoided!

What they don't tell if you use this
You cannot enjoy there in house offers
So it's not a birthday treat after all

They get more than the minimum stars because the staff were lovely and the service was efficient and polite. The main thing you eat out for is food though, and while my entree was passably fine, my main course of pasta was utterly inedible. I was with work for a Christmas meal so didn't want to make a fuss, which meant I paid £24+tip for an entree plus a few revolting mouthfuls of pasta. It just tasted like there is no culinary priority except profit through using the cheapest ingredients and just about compiling them into a form that could be described as 'food'. It is genuinely no exaggeration in the slightest to say it was the most revolting thing I've ever been served in a restaurant.

Due to mixed reviews both myself and my partner decided to dine out at prezzo to decide for ourselves. The food was nice but in my opinion a little over priced.The young man who served us at our table, we both found him to be very polite and charming. My partner being a fussy eater when dining out, the young lad took his time to go through many dishes and explain in detail to my partner what he thought she would most enjoy. We both found him to have outstanding customer service skills, always greeted us with a smile and most important, he made our dining experience most enjoyable. Due to our experience at prezzo and level of service from our waiter we both very much look forward to returning again soon.

The service and the food of this restaurants are polar opposites. The young male waiter who delivered my food made me feel welcome and wanted, delivering my food with a smile and asking about my day. This service was better than any 5 star restaurant, I would give it 6 stars if given the option.
However, the food was completely different. It was mediocre at best. The spaghetti carbonara I ordered with a chicken on the side, only came with a crumb of chicken. The food tasted completely ordinary. I could have made a better job at home. I come to a restaurant for high quality, not for average.
The only saving grace of this restaurant is the young waiter. Without him, this place would be nothing.

Told there could be a wait from the outset which I appreciate. We were happy to wait and food was excellent when it arrived (which wasn't too long in the end). Great service from all on a surprisingly busy Wednesday lunchtime. Thank you.
