On the website they say they are open so I went to the store and they were closed I looked on the door for the opening times to see if it was just a mistake on the website but it wasn?t they said they weee open from 9am to 5:30pm. This isn?t the first time this has happened either they just pick and choose when they want to be open or closed.

The shop is fine, but the man serving in the post office is very rude as he always been. I wonâ??t in this morning at about 11am 21st June. This bloke could really do with attending a customer service course, he is so arrogant!

Rude staff on many visits to pick up parcels. I would not use this shop at all were it not for Parcel Force redirecting my packages there. Happy to go to Effingham, Leatherhead or even Guildford for polite, helpful postal services. Will be escalating this to the appropriate Royal Mail/Parcel Force management.
