Over an hour to deliver. Phoned the shop after 45 minutes,was told 10 minutes. Half an hour later, was told another 10 minutes..The pizza arrived cold, greasy, lacking toppings and base sauce. The shop doesn't care and nor do the helpline. Don't waste your time, effort or money.Never again

Worst service I ever received from these guys. After they told me 10-15 min for like 3 times they blocked my number. Worst I do not recommend to anyone ever.

A couple of times we ordered pizza delivery and each time was fabulous. Unlike other similar establishments, the pizzas came on time (no issue about finding our house...), and hot, and in taste tests between this and three others, Papa John's won hands down. Various flavour options, one favourite is Garden Party but it's so easy to customize your own with whatever toppings are available

Buy 1 get 1 free promotion is a scam as only 1 arrives. When you call back a roll of excuses come up, even when in the box delivered there are 2 stickers saying 1 of 2 and 2of 2.Proper bad service. Avoid Leatherhead branch if you can.

Utterly useless service, more than an hour waiting only to find the driver has misread the address, and doesn't have a phone with GPS as he's driven over 20 miles in the opposite direction. had to cancel as i left the address and had no way of refunding the order.
