Zero Stars for this the shop and more importantly the staff who work there. The shop is not kept to a standard, in fact it's quite grimey. Been in there twice and on two separate occasions the staff have been extremely rude and not helpful. The so called post office and delivery system is a sham. The staff have no clue as to how to operate the shop or the post office side of things. You would be better off going 200 metres up the road to the giant Tesco's.

The manager of this store is doing a great job, even though she is under staffed most of the time, he is friendly and willing to help anyone. The shop is always clean and well stocked for just a small shop. There is free parking. I would rate this store higher than a 5 star if I could.

I use this store 4 to 5 times a week and the staff are helpful and polite whether using the Shop high quality service at this great little store.

horrible place , I tried to use the Too Good to go in there and when I went to collect I was told ? we have nothing ? then one of the chav customers turned round pointed and laughed , I can only assume he was the resident ?special ? Very unfriendly place where the customers really should be muzzled and kept on a lead along with the incompetent manager.

A post office only when it suits! I had experienced complete lack of customer support here waiting to use the post office services.This is a convenience store with a small Royal Mail counter by the main tills.However the servers split themselves between serving shop customers and the postal queue.Their opening hours are advertised as until 10pm but the staff refuse to help customers instead prioritise those buying from their shop,after queuing for a long time and then waiting for paying customers to get served, I finally was acknowledged only to be told in a very abrupt rude manner, no Post Office counter available as as they were too busy with customers buying alcohol and other stuff and since I wasn?t purchasing anything from the store, staff weren?t going to get the manager to switch the till back on!!(why was it off before closing time anyway??)I can accept most things as long as I am treated respectfully, however as the staffs? attitude was so disrespectful, I reported this incident to Royal Mail HO. Received a standard apology letter, but I know from speaking to other local residents nothing has changed and customer service still appalling.

Did not deliver requested items yet charged for them. Would not re-deliver despite having items in stock even when informed that the receiver of the order was disabled. Still charged delivery fee and offered no remedy. DO NOT USE!

Staff OK, but constant problems with illegal parking on footpath by HGV delivery drivers and they have also damaged parked cars whilst making deliveries in the pastIt is a higher level parking offence to park a HGV on a footpath or verge anywhere in the UK with a £60 fine and 3 points to the driverparking on single or double yellows is legal for delivery purposes. there is ZERO reason to obstruct and damage the footpaths

I think a bit overpriced. and the most annoying thing is the post office closest at 4. and only open 5 days a week not weekends. and I usually don't finish work until 5 so I don't get time to pay money in. would will be good if they did open it on Saturdays would really help a lot

Usually very friendly service! An EXCELLENT CHOICE of items for how small it is. Has been a life saver multiple times! Would highly recommend!
