I have just had a very unpleasant customer experience in Majestic Leatherhead. They are usually very helpful but the “Boss Lady” as her name tag referred was unhelpful. bordering on rude and the returns policy for unused wine did not match up with the conditions advised to us when we purchased. Convenient location off the M25, but keeping the store open until the actual closing time is clearly too inconvenient for the staff there. Turned up 30 minutes before the store closed to find the shutters down and staff blocking the car park so they could close the gates

Sadly, we did not have a great experience in here today. Majestic team members (across all branches) are usually friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the lady behind the tills did not seem interested in offering any assistance whatsoever, and quite frankly, did not seem as if she wanted to deal with customers.
We are still taking orders for home delivery, but our stores are not open to customers. You can place orders online and via your local store's email address or phone number. You can find your local store's contact information by using the store finder on our website.
