We have a listing with this company who has been professional and friendly up to the point of customer visits to our property.We have a carpeted flat and both the agent and the customer did not remove their shoes when showing the flat. What makes me furious was that on the day of the visit it was raining and muddy and yet there was NO consideration shown in removing shoes to access the property.We complained to the branch manager Michael White who apologised and I've just had a 2nd visit from another customer and again NO SHOES removed on access and guess what's going on outside right now.Storm Ciaran.So if my property was going to receive 20 visits, what condition are my carpets going to be in after?Absolutely disgusting and appalling service, it is common courtesy to be considerate of another family's home and yet none was shown and not only that, after having already complained once already you neglect to follow up on it.Undecided yet what to do as I was unable to reach the branch manager.
