Yesterday I ordered Twisted dough balls, Fries & kickers. Twisted dough balls are really tasteless this time. But previous times it's really good. This time I feel it's just flour. No taste. No cheese, no salt. Only flour. And it's not the golden colour as your website photo. It's completely white colour and there is not enough baking. French fries are not fried enough and it's like boiled potatoes. Not feel fried. I ate Kickers. before it's good. But this time it's just chicken pieces fried with breadcrumbs. I paid £26 but was completely disappointed. I never again order from Domino's.

Despite all the bad reviews listed on here we had a good experience.
We pulled up outside the shop and ordered online through the app to get the best deals, the app updated us on the progress and it was a smooth and efficient process.
All the food was hot and fresh, no complaints at all!

The stuffed crust pizza was so yummy I ate it all. Will be coming back for this pizza food.

Update 14/01/24Pizza didn?t arrive, no evidence of driver on cctv. Phoned leatherhead, woman insist ls they tried to deliver. Asked why the driver didn?t ring the Ring door bell or appear on CCTV and she actually argued that he?d tried to deliver . Worst Dominos .Horrifically expensive for terrible value for money poorly made pizza. They now charge extra for delivery . Leatherhead is not a good dominos. The scarce mattering of ingredients are thrown in the middle of the pizza, which arrives lates and Luke warm. What?s worse is the stupid delivery system that still doesn?t use What3Words which would solve all issues of having to stand outside trying to direct them to my house and would stop pizzas getting cold . This happens every time but oddly every other delivery service finds it or used the what3words words app. I?m going to try again in April and see if they?ve take any comments on board (but I suspect they won?t) I?m told by ex staff member that at least four of the 5 Star reviews are by members of staff.

Ordered through the app to allow for a discount.Luckily, we live across the road.Upon getting home and to inspect the Pizza, my partner found that she had mushroom on hers to which wasn't ordered.She immediately called them, the chap on the phone was ok, but after our request to remake both pizzas so we could go and change them. They refused and said they could only remake one.This is awful, not only would my original pizza be cold by the time we'd got the replacement, but my partner would of been eating alone.Went to the store directly returning the pizzas and requesting a refund.Now, a 5 - 7 day wait to see if the lad actually processed it.Will update accordingly.
