Has got to be THE SLOWEST service in any Costa EVER! Come here every few weeks and have to queue for at least 10-15 minutes!!! The staff have zero urgency!!! They work so slow!!!

I wanted to praise a particular staff member named Eliza! Such a friendly lady and was working super hard making everyone?s drinks during a busy period in the shop while there was only her and a trainee. Had a very tasty cappuccino! :)

Lovely as always, in the past two years we have not been here so we saw new staff, all of them were lovely young people, the cappuccino and the two double espressos were amazing, cost £8.10 total and you can see the chocolate on the cappuccino :) so lovely, also can recommend this espresso as it was nice and strong!
