Went into store Mon 14/04. Served by Gabi, a credit to Card Factory. I was holding my dog, she advised dogs welcome in store now.. did everything she could to help me.
Knowledgeable, polite, kind. All round amazing customer service!

Staff are always friendly and service is always good. Was served my a young man today with glasses, didn?t catch his name, he was so polite and friendly and provided such wonderful customer service that I thought I should leave a review. I hope this gets back to him, he?s a real asset to the Leatherhead Card Factory team

Maybe retraining of serving customers could be offered in this shop. I was buying a ballon and then the lady started serving two other customers while trying to put string on my ballon. Making me wait longer. I think serving one customer at a time wouldbe a sufficient way to serve people, instead of making people who were there and served first wait.

Always have a good selection of cards and other stuff like gift wrap, gifts etc, cards are good quality and we'll priced. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
